The latest cooking trend that has been taken people by storm for the last year or so has definitely been the pulled meat fashion. To me this is quite weird as we’ve been cooking pulled meats since donkey years, in fact, Venezuela’s national dish has pulled beef.
Despite what most people think, pulled meats are the easiest dish to make, and really is kind of difficult to screw it up, even if you don’t know how to cook… the only “technical” skill you need to know is how to work an oven.
This post is focused on How to Make Pulled Chicken in the Oven, from this you can use this chicken cooking method in any pulled chicken recipe.
I’m sure that after using this method you will cook chicken this way for years to come, as this method leaves a cooked, moist and super flavoursome chicken, without risking getting it dry.
