Nothing speaks more munchies that popcorn. Popcorn is almost the non-worded description of watching TV. Yes there are other munchy options dependng on which country you’re in, but popcorn is universal, no matter where in the world you are.
Although I’m not fan of flavoured popcorn especially sweet popcorn, this Sriracha, Lime and Rosemary Popcorn Recipe is definitely one I will be making from now on, because once you try one, you can’t STOP!!
Plus the recipe is so easy and quick to make that you can prepare a lot all at once for feeding friends and family, especially now that the Olimpic Games have kicked off and we are all stuck to the TV supporting our countries.
PRINT THE RECIPE
- A knob or 1 Tbsp of butter
- 1 Tbsp of Sriracha sauce
- 2 Sprigs of fresh Rosemary
- 100 gr of Popcorn
- 1 lime
In a pot melt the butter.
Once the butter has melted add the Rosemary and Sriracha sauce and mix
Add the popcorn (all ready popped) and mix well as to cote well the popcorn
Place the popcorn on a tray and bake for 6 minutes at 150 degrees C
Once baked squeeze the juice of half lime and mix well
This recipe is also great for when you have vegetarian friends coming home. To make it a vegan option just simply substitute the butter for vegetable oil.
