A delicious and super easy chicken recipe with zesty lime and earthy spices. Perfect for a Summer BBQ, grill or for oven roasting. Truly finger licking!!

Ingredients
7or 8 chicken drumsticks
1tspcumin powder
1red pepper
1green pepper
1large onion
4garlic cloves
2tspdried oregano
1tspdried basiloptional
1/5tspdried rosemary
1/2tspblack pepper
2tspsalt
4tbspWorcester sauce
3large limes
4tbspolive or vegetable oil
1tspgarlic powder
Splash of water
Instructions
In bowl place the chopped pepper, onion, oil, lime juice of 2 limes, water and garlic and blend using a hand blender or food processor
To the chicken add the marinate, dried herbs, salt, black pepper and Worcester sauce and mix together. Leave to rest for minimum 1 hour or overnight.
Place the chicken in a pre-heated oven at 220 degrees Celsius and cook for 45 minutes.
Once the 45 minutes have passed remove the chicken from the oven and place the drumsticks in a bowl. Transfer the marinate onto another bowl and add the juice of the 3rd lime, and mix well.
Place back the drumsticks on the tray and spread the marinate over the top of the chicken, and place again in the oven, cook for an extra 30 minutes.
Once the time has passed, remove the chicken from the oven and serve!
